Due to expansion, this global T1 Automotive manufacturer is looking for a Sales Manager to develop and establish new accounts across Europe.
The Sales Manager will be expected to hunt down new business whilst also identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
Identifying new prospect clients, markets and business opportunities across Europe
Analyse sales and complete appropriate sales reports
Competitor analysis and benchmarking
Ultimately meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Maintain company values and reputation across the European market
Ensure the maintenance of class values by building strong relationships across the European market
Candidates without direct experience in automotive manufacturing will NOT be considered for the Sales Manager
The ideal Sales Manager will have:
An Automotive background
3-5 years as a Business Development Manager/Sales Manager
Proven 'hunter' and capable 'farmer'
Competent at creating and holding professional presentations
Full UK driving license
Ability to travel frequently across Europe
HND/HNC, Commercial/ Technical Degree or equivalent
European language skills will be favoured
