I am looking to speak to a Senior Commercial Manager looking for the next step in their career, a high level of responsibility, and long-term work in the most exciting sector in Europe.

This is a chance to step into a senior role overseeing multiple €20m new-build projects, with 5-10 more in the pipeline over the next decade. You'll be building a team of Quantity Surveyors, and be in charge of one of the most important regional Business Units my client has. The region in which this is based is one of the top-3 busiest in Europe, with exceptionally high potential and new projects being announced quarterly.

The role itself could pay upwards of €135,000 plus benefits & package and you'll be joining what is genuinely the most successful and forward-thinking advanced tech businesses in Europe. Promotions & progression are all but guaranteed here.

You'll need to have demonstrable MEP knowledge (ideally trade) and have a strong commercial track record.
