I am currently in the market for a Senior Electrical Project manager for a m+e subcontractor, for a large commercial build in central London. The project itself is a high end residential, therefore ideally you will have high end residential or secondly preferred commercial experience.

The Role

Reporting into the Project Director on site

Dealing with main contractors, sub contractors etc.

Main Contractor and Subcontractor meetings

Due to the nature of the project, you will ideally have experience working on high end residential projects.

Experience working on projects of 10 million ideally.

The Person

Confident, leader with experience managing large teams

At-least 6 years as a Project Manager

Has to have experience working for a m and e subcontractor

You must be able to take a job from paper

You will take drawing schedules

Be technically astute
