Senior Lead Electronics Engineer
Farnborough
£70,000 - £90,000
About the role
The business is still very small but is rapidly growing. You'll have the chance to join at the ground floor and build electronics development practices the way you want them to be.
The role involves the development of electronics including the cameras and other hardware elements as well as gather and interpret their data outputs. The bones of the hardware that make it work have already been developed; your role would be to further improve the design taking into considering the overall packaging and consideration for environmental challenges.
Things you'll find yourself doing:
Working in a small internal and large external team to deliver projects at pace and to the highest quality standards;
Supporting the Founders in the building of a great place to work.
Reviewing the existing design and making continuous improvements to the design
Experience
Are you an experienced electronics engineer looking for that next step in your career? Are you looking for full autonomy in the direction of the electronics discipline? Keen to build a electronics capability with engineers? Then this is the opportunity for you!

Essential:
5+ years' experience in electronics design
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
Experience with cradle to grave design
Experience in designing electronics including DSP, analogue and PCB layout
Excellent communications skills
