My client is an M&E Sub Contractor with an annual turnover of £150m, who has just won the M&E package of a commercial fit out in West London.

The package has a value of £35m and there is approx. 12 months' worth of work. My client is looking for a Senior Planner to work closely with the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will look after the Tendering of the Project.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong M&E background and will have worked on Commercial/Fit out projects of similar value.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficient user of P6

• Understands NEC3 & NEC4 contracts

• Has enough experience to complete the job in question with little guidance and support

• 5+ years of experience in Planning

• Industry related qualification
