I am currently working with a client who have just won a number of exciting new projects based in North London within the Pharmaceutical industry. This client is an industry leader within the M&E pharmaceutical sector and as a result of their previous success have secured another project.

The client is looking to add another Senior M&E QS to their commercial team to help with the work load of winning another project. The successful applicant will be in charge of a team of 4 which will include 2 assistant/ intermediate QS & an M&E QS.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• 3 years' experience working as an Senior M&E QS

• Pharmaceutical experience is not essential but will be beneficial
