Are you looking for a new challenge working on exciting projects with great company salaries and benefits?

I am currently looking to speak with Senior M&E Quantity Surveyors who are open to new opportunities working for a mechanical and electrical sub-contractor based in North London on a permanent basis.

The opportunity has occurred due to new work being won and the project is currently in the pre-construction stage and the client would like to have a Senior M&E QS ready to come into the business.

The Client:

The client which I am currently working with in North London are a Mechanical and Electrical sub-contractor who are currently turning over £50M and looking to add two new commercial team members.

The client specialises in over three different sectors which are:

• Government Frame work

• Educational

• Health Care

The projects which the client is currently working on range from £4M to £20M.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• 10+years' experience working as a M&E SQS

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Pro active

• Commercial experience needed.

• NEC option C experience.
