Are you currently searching for a new and exciting role working on the ever growing M&E data Centre sector?

This particular client is an established and recognised specialist tier one contractor and they are currently searching for an Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist Data Centre team who are currently working on projects in Slough.

This is an excellent opportunity for an M&E QS to progress their career in an exciting sector working for a major player within the Data Centre sector.

The client is currently turning over roughly £100M a year and they are tendering for further projects.

Job Role:

• Monitoring change in our scope of work and price changes.

• Liaising with the client and different departments.

• Review and understand of project contract documentation.

• Preparation and issuing of contract documentation to their supply chain.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates

• Managing and forecasting of project cash flow

• Issuing of contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims

Personal specification:

• Degree qualified or equivalent within the industry.

• 3-5 year's experience quantity surveying in a Senior QS role.

• Data Centre experience.

• A wide understanding of mechanical and/or electrical work packages.

• Strong communication skills.
