Are you looking for a new project to get stuck into?

I am currently looking to speak with Mechanical & Electrical quantity surveyors who are open to new opportunities working for fast paced London large tier one sub-contractors on commercial fit out projects.

The Company

The company itself are currently looking to grow their commercial team by adding a new Senior M&E QS on a permanent basis due to their grown order book for 2022 and their current projects which they have on the go.

This client was recently in the top 30 M&E Companies to work for in the UK and have excellent staff retention, offer competitive salaries & offer excellent career progression.

They're cash rich turning over around £150M during the pandemic and has secured the full order book for 2022.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

• Managing junior members of the team.

• Overseeing an M&E QS.

• Sit in on meeting.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Two or three years' experience working as a Senior M&E QS

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Experience working on Fit-Out projects
