How would you like to be working for the largest M&E sub contractor in the UK?

I am currently working closely with the market leading sub-contractor in the UK and they are currently looking for a Senior M&E QS to join their team on a permanent basis in London.

This specific client specialises in commercial projects within London and have an exciting opportunity for an M&E SQS to be working on large commercial project valuing around the £15M mark.

This client is currently turning over around the £130M mark and are cash rich with a large pipe line of work waiting to start.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.

• M&E commercial experience

• 4 years' experience working as a M&E SQS

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.
