I am currently looking to speak to Senior M&E Quantity Surveyors and also M&E Quantity Surveyors for a tier one contractor who have won a substantial amount of work on one of the largest projects in the UK.

This opportunity will offer a wealth of experience for the successful applicant and will offer career progression opportunities working in one of the fastest growing construction sectors in the UK.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's.

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Four or five year's experience working as a M&E SQS

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Proactive.
