I am currently looking for a Senior Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis working for a large M&E sub contractor based in the centre of London working on commercial fit out projects.

The Client:

The client that I am currently representing is looking for a senior mechanical & electrical quantity surveyor to join their commercial team due to the amount of new work which has been won on commercial projects in London. This client is a market leading sub-contractor who are well known within the mechanical and electrical sector. The client has a full order book going into 2022 and are cash rich!

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's.

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• 5 year's experience working as an M&E QS looking for the next step or Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor experience.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Pro active.

• Commercial experience.
