Are you currently looking for a new opportunity working for an MEP subcontractor on residential projects?

I am currently looking to speak to London based Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyors who are open to new opportunities working on large residential projects for a London based MEP sub contractor.

This client is established in the UK and Ireland with over 500 employees and a full order book for 2022. They're currently turning over around £80M and are looking to add to their commercial team by bringing in a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to assist on their current and upcoming projects.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's.

• Monitoring of change with the stroke of works.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.

• MEP Sub-contractor experience.

• 8 years experience in an M&E Quantity Surveying experience.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.
