I am currently looking for a senior mechanical & electrical quantity surveyor working for a market leader within the construction and M&E industry. The client is looking for a senior M&E quantity surveyor who is able to come in and hit the ground running working on a number of commercial project close to Woking. The position is urgent and an immediate start can be offered.

The Client:

The client is a market leading mechanical and electrical sub-contractor who are cash rich and currently turning over £350+ million. They're market leaders within the M&E industry and are specifically focused on large commercial projects all around the UK.

They're currently looking for a Senior M&E QS on a contract basis to come in and hit the ground running working on commercial projects in Woking.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's

• CVR's

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Two or three years' experience working as a Senior M&E QS

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Experience working on commercial projects
