My client are a tier 1 M+E Subcontractor, who specialise in commercial build. With a ever growing order book they are now looking to take on a Senior Mechanical Project Manager too help with a particularly large commercial project in central London.

The Person

Mechanical background is essential

Commercial Background- working on high end either banks/ office blocks

Experience working for a subcontractor

Due to the value of the project i am looking for someone who is comfortable managing projects worth a value of £50 million.

Ideally you will have a background in working for a M+E Subcontractor in order to work effectively in the delivery of the project

With the level of the value of the project, we require someone is experienced at this level in order to deliver on the demands of the project.
