Are you currently in the market for new freelance opportunity?

I am currently looking to speak to Senior MEP Quantity Surveyors who are open to new opportunities working on a 12 month Contract for a family ran London based MEP Sub-contractor.

This client is best known for their successful delivery of MEP project across the Health Care, Educational and Heritage sectors.

They're a family feel company who are currently turning over around £20M and has secured a strong pipeline for work for the next 12 months.

The successful applicant will be joining the business as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor but they will have the opportunity to progress through the company into a Commercial Manager and then Director Role.

The opportunity to go from a contractor to a permanent member of staff after the 12 month duration will also be available.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's.

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• NEC & JCT & Bespoke contracts.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Proactive.
