We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planner to join a leading Sub-Contractor on an exciting data centre project in Copenhagen. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a cutting-edge hi-tech project and contribute to its success. As a Senior Planner, you will play a crucial role in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project milestones, and develop detailed work breakdown structures.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports and forecasts to communicate project status, resource allocation, and critical path analysis to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that schedules are aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and other issues that may impact project timelines.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
- Ensure adherence to project deadlines and milestones, with a strong emphasis on meeting targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in data centre or hi-tech projects.
- Proficiency in using Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze project data to develop accurate forecasts and reports.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address potential issues in project schedules.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Right to work in Denmark
