My client is looking for a talented individual who has a driven mind-set. Able to work in a team and individually. Some of the main responsibilities of the role include taking the lead in the overall preparation and execution of detailed mechanical, electrical and plumbing co-ordination within Revit.

The Senior Revit Coordinator will be fully competent in delivering all drawing aspects with a broad understanding of all MEP services, working with engineers and other design personnel in the team. Onsite meetings will be held to ensure that daily tasks are being completed and up to standard. You will be reporting your findings and drawings to the Design Manger and Directors.

The role will be designing a Data Centre for a huge organisation, the role will be challenging and demanding but will be a great test to individuals who love what they do. Through the role you will be tackling day to day duties that ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

The main responsibilities & duties will include:

• Adhering to & contributing towards Maintaining & Continual Improvement of Revit Standards.

• Liaising with external and internal project teams throughout the collaborative design.

• Production of 2D drawings taken directly from a 3D Revit model.

• Working with and guiding Revit Coordinators & Technicians.

• Reporting to the Design Manager & Directors

• Onsite meeting to review daily tasks

• Reviewing work from peers

• Checking daily processes to ensure plans and KPI's are set for individual team members.

Experience for the role:

• 5 years' experience with Revit

• Experience with Data Centres

• Team Management skills are essential

• Proficient in Revit/ NavisWork

• Dynamo is an advantage but not essential

• Coordination of meetings

• MEP experience within the Building Services or Data Centres

• Clash detection

• Leading a team of junior/ trainee members
