I am currently working on an exciting new project with a 3rd party logistics business. They are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to be part of the team.

This would be working for one of the worlds most valuable brands.

You would have overall responsibility for the facility and make sure all objectives are met across the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and performance of a 3PL facility

• Make sure customer expectations are met

• Build and lead a strong team

• Drive strong employee relations

• Overall responsibility for the site

• Ensure company objectives are met

• Financial performance

The Person

• Experience working in a 3PL environment at Senior level

• Logistic background

• Ability to adapt in a fast paced organisation

• Strong leadership competencies

• Strong Team Building
