Task
A growing Engineering Consultancy was looking to make a strategic hire, for an Electrical Engineering Lead to manage a critical long-term project in
Germany. Due to continued growth, the role was urgent. Therefore, a highspeed, targeted search was crucial to meet the client’s needs and have the
desired candidate in place and onsite as soon as possible.

Action
We arranged an on-site technical briefing session with the Directors to approve the brief and collaboratively build the recruitment process.
Using Core Talent’s extensive Engineering network, we commenced a targeted search and identified the best candidates with extensive experience in Electrical Engineering, on Advanced Manufacturing projects within Europe.
We checked the references of the shortlist of 4 candidates and then submitted it to the client within 4 working days of the briefing session.
The client took all four candidates through to the 1st stage interviews, and they requested 2 of these candidates attend 2nd stage interviews.
