I am currently looking to speak to Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyors who are open to new opportunities working for London based M&E sub contractor. The client is becoming a real market leader within the London based M&E market, they're successful at delivering projects ranging from £1M-£50M on the following projects:

• Student Accommodation

• Care Homes

• Data Centres

The client is looking to bring in an Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor to help bolster their commercial team and to also help grow the talent within their business. This client likes to promote from within and has Quantity Surveyors within the business who started from assistant and are now at senior level.

Job Role:

• For this role you will be an Assistant M&E QS with a couple of years' experience.

• Liaising with the client and different departments.

• Assisting on VO's.

• Communicating clearly and confidently to a professional standard.

• Assisting the Commercial Manager or Senior Surveyor on the project.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in quantity surveying or currently working towards your qualification.

• 2+ years' experience from a mechanical and/or electrical background.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Confidence to communicate in a professional manor with clients and other departments.
