BIM Coordinator

Location: Dublin

Salary: €60000 - €70000

Start Date: Immediately

Core Talent are currently looking for a BIM Coordinator to work in a permanent position and join a continuously expanding team on numerous upcoming projects. Based in Dublin, with a salary range of €60,000 - €70,000, this position also comes with some excellent benefits package.

As a Coordinator you will provide your technical expertise, implementing and managing the BIM process from pre-contract to delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to;

• Take full responsibility for BIM process

• Implement & maintain BIM execution plan

• Establish BIM Coordination workouts and report / record progress

• Ensure all project team members adhere to relevant plans

• Identify and document clashes between different models using Navisworks manage

• Chair clash detection meeting with all relevant parties

• Identify and agree shared technical requirements and software packages

• Coordinate hand over of models and data at agreed milestones

• Carry out model generation when necessary to facilitate development of the design

The Successful Candidate will;

• Have excellent communication skills

• Ability to work on their own initiative

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP & Revit Architecture

• Understanding of BIM procedures and protocols

Essential Education / Experience & Skills

• Third level Qualification in Construction / Structural / Services

• Minimum 4years post graduate experience in related fields

• Previous experience working for main contractor is desirable
