My client are a M+E Subcontractor, looking to bring on a Electrical Estimator due to a growth within their business.

Due to the nature of what they do, your background must be M+E and ideally subcontracting.

The Person

M+E Subcontracting background

Must be electrically biased

Previous estimating experience within Construction sectors, they do a lot of health care and education, so ideally a background in this, or commercial construction sectors

Competent in Trimble Estimation ( ideal, not essential, but you must have experience in some form of estimating programmes)

Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Contribute to project estimating strategy

Prepare budget cost estimates

Excellent communication skills

Strong time management skills
