Estimator - Co. Meath

My client is an is an electrical contractor working across various sectors in the construction industry.

They're seeking an Estimator to join their commercial team in Co. Meath.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a step into the data centre sector.

Responsibilities:

Review and assess all tender documentation including drawings and specifications.

Measure from plans to produce detailed BOQ to project estimated project labour hours, costs, and material costs.

Ensure fully compliant tender returns by requested date.

Monitor the full bid lifecycle.

Provide project forecasting by communicating to the Commercial Manager on a weekly basis.

Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office.

Knowledge of Navisworks 3D viewer and Ensign measurement software an advantage.

Develop and maintain relationships with both client and subcontractors to support operations and maintain positive relations on behalf of the Company
