I am currently looking to speak with assistant mechanical and electrical quantity surveyors who are looking to take the step into an intermediate role, or for intermediate quantity surveyors who are looking for a new opportunity working for large M&E sub-contractors in London.

The Client:

The client that I am currently working with are a tier one mechanical and electrical sub-contractor who have huge success within commercial & fit-out sectors in London. This client is currently turning over north of £200M and there order book is full for 2022.

One of their main selling point is the culture of the business as they promote from within and have a strong family feel culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking develop their skills and advance their career within the busy London mechanical and electrical market.

Job Specification:

• Liaising with the client and different departments.

• Assisting on VO's

• Communicating clearly and confidently to a professional standard

• Assisting the Commercial manager or lead on the project.

• Advise project management on some contractual implications of intended course of actions.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Forecast and monitor cash flow to ensure a positive cash flow is maintained, liaising with the client's financial team.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying

• Background in M&E

• Excellent communication skills

• Confidence to communicate in a professional manor with clients and other departments.
