I'm seeking a lead quantity surveyor for my client for a project based in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on an advanced project for a large company with excellent benefits.

You will be required to: Supervise the procurement of packages ensuring technical completion, Monitor sub-contractor and supplier payments and sub-contractor variations, Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director, Manage relevant client communications, Document and cost changes to the work scopes and prepare the monthly valuations and final accounts

Skills & Qualifications

• Eight years experience in a similar role is essential, preferably within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment

• Data Centre experience would be a significant advantage

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
