I am looking for an experienced Planner specialising in MEP for the redevelopment of a shopping centre. This will include planning the full design and installation of residential, retail and leisure facilities, from conception to completion.

My client requires a planner who can do this on time and within budget.

The project is due to last 12+ months and has a value of around £180m.

Other skills/requirements:

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

• 5+ years' experience

• ASTA/P6 expertise

• Ideally have qualifications within M&E/construction

• Experience working on a similar project

• Great supervisory skills

• Should be proactive and flexible
