M&E Planning Coordinator

High End Residential

£400 - £450 per day

My client has asked I recruit, on their behalf, a Planning Coordinator who specialises in MEP. The project in question is a high-end residential project in Waterloo, it is due to last 9-12 months and requires a Project Planner to build, maintain and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

The client has been appointed to deliver the MEP Services Installations of over 1,000 new homes. When it comes to high profile residential projects, technical proficiency goes hand in hand with attention to detail.

Key skills & requirements:

• 3+ years experience on similar projects

• Ideally have an M&E/Construction qualification

• Competent user of software programmes such as ASTA Powerproject and (Primavera) P6

• Flexibility, excellent communication skills and presentation skills
