MEP Planning Coordinator

High-End Residential/Hotel

£350-£400 per day

Recruiting for an M&E Contractor with an annual turnover of £275m. The role in question is a Planner, who has vast MEP experience, to support a senior planner with the shell and core of the project.

The project in question is a high end hotel, which on completion will have 350+ suites. The project has a value of £75m. You will be expected on site at least 2 days a week. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of the construction industry and use this to provide an effective proposal which will ensure the project is done on time and within budget.

Skills/requirements:

• 3-5 years planning experience

• Worked on a similar project with a MEP value of £50m+

• Ideally have a M&E/ Construction Qualification

• Have flexibility and great communication skills

• Competent user of Astra Powerproject
