I am currently looking to speak to Intermediate mechanical and electrical Quantity Surveyor or Project M&E Quantity Surveyor who are looking for their next opportunity within the London mechanical and electrical market.

The client that I am currently representing is looking for a Project M&E QS to come in and join their commercial team working on a commercial airport project.

The client:

The client is a large M&E sub contractor who have become a market leader due to their success within the M&E commercial sector. This client was able to turnover around £140M during the pandemic and have managed to secure a full order book going into 2022. They offer excellent rates of pay and company benefits to their employees.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Two or three year's experience working as a M&E Quantity Surveyor.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

• Experience working on Fit-Out projects

• JCT & NEC Experience.

• Experience working on projects valuing around the £10M mark.
