We are working on an excellent opportunity for a leading engineering business who produce and install highly specialist engineered products to a global customer base. They are going through a significant period of investment and as a result, have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to support them as they go through a significant period of growth and investment. The Role

Reporting to the Project Director, the project manager to join the existing senior team, looking after end to end Projects, overseeing design, installation, commissioning and testing. Duties will include liaising with customers, project partners, grant bodies, suppliers and sub-contractors. The length and value of projects will vary but typically 18 months+ and in excess of £6m.

• Managing projects to tight timelines and budgets
• Coordinating sub-contractors and suppliers
• As Project Manager, overseeing design, installation, commissioning and testing of Motive`s projects
• Technical and project reporting to leadership

The Person

The ideal Project manager will be career driven and highly motivated. Key criteria for this role will be as follows;

• 3 years+ experience in leading engineering based projects
• Ideally experienced in work related to construction or installation projects
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Project or similar
• Educated to HND level or above in Engineering based discipline
