Core Talent are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to work in a permanent position with one of the market leaders in international construction, on a Data Centre project. This position is based in Berlin, with a salary of €130,000 and comes with some amazing benefits.

Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles and responsibilities of a project manager include, but are not limited to;
Track PAS and report at weekly client update meetings
Approve contractor invoices for payments
Authorise the issuance of contracts, purchase orders and change orders
Liaise with clients on KPI development and implementation
Administer quality control provisions
Represent the company in business with customers, consultants, contractors and other public/private organisations
Research and prepare various reports pertaining to contractual issues
Ensure project profitability
Ensure client requirements are being met
Essential Criteria:
Trade background / 3rd Level Qualification
Must have Project Management experience
Proven track record of coordinating and management of large projects
Desirable Criteria:
Diploma / Degree Qualifications
Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
Ability to drive large scale projects
Excellent communicational skills
