Position Overview: As a QA/WC Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our new build facility project. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing and overseeing quality control procedures specific to the new build facility
Conducting thorough inspections and audits to uphold compliance with industry standards and project specifications
Collaborating closely with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to address quality-related matters effectively
Documenting and reporting any non-conformities, and leading the implementation of corrective actions
Contributing to the development and refinement of quality management systems tailored to the project's requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in a QA/WC Engineer role within the mechanical engineering or construction sector, preferably on large-scale projects
In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and quality control practices, with a focus on new build facilities
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving
A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
