A global Manufacturer based in Liverpool are recruiting for a career driven Reliability Engineer to join their team at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. THE ROLE:

As a Reliability Engineer,

This role is critical for the Implementation and ongoing Development of Reliability Centred Maintenance across the site. This role will drive the engineering improvement dynamics towards world class, providing the highest valued reliability engineering services in a safe and productive manner. You will be required to minimise production losses and maintenance costs, whilst promoting and demonstrating the company's core values. You will be responsible for the Delivery of Improved Asset Availability

• Key member of team to develop Asset Care roadmap
• Creation and Development of RCM Roadmap within Manufacturing and Packing BU in collaboration with Maintenance Manager and AML's
• Drive all aspects of Roadmap in relation to Asset Care Strategy
• Lead and direct ongoing Asset Specific working groups (Asset Criticality, FMECA, REM, DOM, RCA)
• Support day to day plant performance issues

THE PERSON:

The ideal Reliability Engineer will be career driven and looking to develop themselves professionally. Key criteria for the role will be as follows;

• 3 years+ in a reliability engineering role, or similar
• Background working within manufacturing based environments.
• HNC or above in Mechanical or Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
