I am currently looking to speak with senior M&E quantity surveyors for are open to new opportunities working for large M&E sub-contractors based in the centre of London.

This client is a market leading sub-contractor who are currently turning over around £150M and expected to surpass this figure in 2022 as they have managed to secure a full order book. This client are well known for their success delivering complex M&E packages on commercial and hotel projects in London.

Job role:

• Review and understand project contract documentation.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Monitoring change in the scope of works.

• Preparing and agreeing monthly progress applications.

• Provide and analysis of issues and risks as required by management.

• Liaising with client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

Personal specification:

• Academically degree qualified or equivalent in M&E Quantity Surveying

• 3-5 years' experience in Senior M&E Quantity Surveying role

• A wide understand of Mechanical and/or Electrical work packages.

• Able to negotiate and converse with clients on a professional level.
