Are you looking to work for a family ran contractor who has exciting growth plans?

I am currently looking to speak to Senior M&E Quantity Surveyors who have experience working on residential projects for M&E sub contractors and who are able to travel between the North West.

The client is a family run business who have been in the construction industry for 75 years and are best known for the successful delivery of large residential projects UK wide.

The client is looking to bolster their commercial team by adding a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager.

Job Role:

• Assisting with VO's.

• Monitoring of change with the scope of works.

• Preparing and issuing of contract documents through the supply chain.

• Liaise with the client, main contractor and other departments.

• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

• Produce accurate monthly reports and attend financial and project review meetings as required.

Personal Specification:

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying.

• Two or three years' experience working as a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor.

• Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.
