My client are specialists within M+E, particularly commercial build, looking to take on a Senior Mechanical Project Manager within the team.

The person

The project is for a cat b fit out- with the type of work that is occurring here, we are looking for someone with commercial build experience.

The projects are worth approximately 5 million- so ideally you will have experience in values of approximately £5million

We are looking for someone to join the team asap

6 years under your belt of experience working with other M+E Subcontractors.
