An M&E contractor with a proven record in complex pharma and industrial builds is now scaling into hyperscale data centres - and this is your chance to lead the delivery of one of their flagship projects from the ground up.

With a €8 million electrical package already secured and more in the pipeline, they're building a senior delivery team from the top down - and this is a critical hire.

🛠 The Role

You'll be the boots-on-the-ground lead for all electrical works on a new-build hyperscale data centre project in Sweden.
This is a hands-on leadership role - coordinating crews, driving daily and weekly planning, and ensuring install quality meets the highest standards.

You'll be working directly alongside a respected industry veteran who has delivered major data centre programmes across Europe - with a clear path to Project Manager for those who perform.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all on-site electrical activities on a €8M package

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and sequencing

• Drive programme alignment through daily/weekly planning sessions

• Ensure quality compliance, design adherence, and install standards

• Liaise with the general contractor (Tier 1) at coordination meetings

• Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and report to the Senior PM

• Support commissioning and final handover phases

• Mentor junior engineers and supervisors on site

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years managing electrical packages on large-scale sites

• Background in data centres, pharma, or other mission-critical builds

• Electrical trade or engineering qualification

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Comfortable managing pressure and tight deadlines

• Familiar with drawings, redlines, QA/QC, and handover documentation

• Able to lead from the front and take full responsibility for delivery

• €90,000-€110,000 salary

• Full 3:1 rotation package

• Monday-Friday site hours: 07:00-17:00
