£60,000- £70,000+ Bonus/ Expensed travel/ Hybrid

Are you an ambitious and career driven Quantity Surveyor ready to take on a cutting-edge Critical Infrastructure/ Data Centre project in Central London? I am partnered with a major General Contractor who are seeking a career driven QS to join their team. They are looking for a career driven individual, that they can develop into a Senior QS role within the next 12- 18 months.

What You'll Do:

• Support financial aspects of the project, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule
• Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
• Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts

The Person

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be highly motivated and career driven and meet the following base criteria;

• Minimum 5 years commercial experience within relevant sector (Infrastructure/ CSA/ Construction)
• Familiarity with NEC contracts required
• Strong Analytical & Numerical Skill
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS qualification is a bonus)
