Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Life Science Construction Projects | Dublin

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 + Package

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join a leading international construction consultancy delivering large-scale mission-critical projects. You'll play a key role on a Life Science project, working as part of a high-performing commercial team on one of Europe's most exciting builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full commercial management of data centre packages from pre-construction through to final accounts

• Cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering

• Managing subcontractor procurement and tendering processes

• Conducting valuations, variations, and progress reports

• Liaising with on-site teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

• Monitoring cost performance, contract compliance, and risk management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale construction

• Previous experience on high-tech facilities, or complex MEP-heavy projects highly desirable

• Strong understanding of commercial contracts (NEC/FIDIC/JCT etc.)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
