Head of Test & Integration

About the Role

An established organisation operating within a complex, technology-driven engineering environment is seeking an experienced Head of Test & Integration to shape and lead its test and integration strategy across the UK business.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for ensuring that programmes and products are tested and integrated to the highest standards of performance, safety, quality, reliability, and compliance.

The successful candidate will also provide leadership for a newly established Test & Integration facility, supporting its development, commissioning, and ongoing operation. This is a significant opportunity to establish a best-in-class test capability and play a key role in transforming standards, processes, and culture across the organisation.

You will build and lead a high-performing test function that provides quality, assurance, and confidence to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the organisation's overall Test & Integration strategy across UK programmes and products.

• Lead the establishment, commissioning, and ongoing operation of a new Test & Integration facility.

• Develop and implement a scalable, sustainable, and future-proof test equipment and infrastructure strategy.
