Production Supervisor – Data Centre Manufacturing

The Role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operation of a manufacturing facility producing strut and 2-D steel frames for major data centre projects across Europe.

You will be responsible for keeping the strut machine line running efficiently, supervising production staff and overseeing the fabrication and preparation of frames ready for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day strut production line
• Supervise and allocate production staff
• Oversee 2-D frame fabrication and assembly
• Monitor production output, quality and deadlines
• Read and work from technical drawings
• Coordinate materials and production requirements
• Ensure H&S and quality standards are maintained
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve efficiency
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams

About You

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing supervision
• Experience managing a shop-floor team
• Background in metal/steel fabrication or similar
• Comfortable working with machinery and technical drawings
• Practical, hands-on approach
• Strong focus on quality, safety and productivity
• No ego – willing to get involved on the shop floor
• Data centre/MEP manufacturing experience is advantageous
