QAQC Manager - Milano

We’re looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join an established MEP contractor working on major projects in Milan.

The role will focus on managing the quality function across site, working closely with the project team, subcontractors and client to make sure works are delivered to the required standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage QA/QC activities across MEP works
• Prepare and manage ITPs, Quality Plans and inspection documentation
• Carry out site inspections and quality audits
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions and close-outs
• Review drawings, specifications and method statements
• Coordinate inspections with clients and consultants
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning and handover
• Maintain project quality records and documentation
• Work closely with construction and engineering teams to resolve quality issues

Experience required:

• Previous QA/QC Manager experience within MEP construction
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical background
• Experience with ITPs, NCRs, audits and quality documentation
• Comfortable working directly with clients, subcontractors and site teams
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or other mission-critical experience is advantageous
• Strong English required; Italian would be beneficial

This would suit someone who is hands-on, confident on site and able to take ownership of QA/QC from start to finish.
