Finlay joined the advanced technology team in 2026. He specialises in placing Electronic Engineer professionals into permanent roles across the UK. Prior to joining Core Talent, Finlay graduated with a BA (Hons) political science and was pursuing a career in the armed forces, before starting his career in recruitment.

Finlay is working with a number of Space, Aerospace, Defence, and Maritime businesses across the UK. Finlay is interested in speaking to experienced Electronic Engineers looking for a new challenge in the UK.
