Ryan is part of Core Talent’s Advanced Construction team, specialising in recruiting Commissioning Engineers across the UK and Europe. He partners with leading contractors delivering mission-critical construction projects, including data centres and pharmaceutical facilities.

Before joining Core Talent, Ryan graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Marketing and began his recruitment career shortly after. With four years of industry experience, he has developed a strong technical understanding and a network that spans the commissioning lifecycle from design through to handover.
