Company Overview: We are a leading general contractor in Norway, focused on delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to oversee a large-scale data centre project.

Job Description: As a CSA Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Civil, Structural and Architectural aspects of the data centre project, ensuring that all aspects of the construction process are completed to the highest standard, within budget and on schedule. You will be working closely with our client, design team, and subcontractors, providing guidance and leadership to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural aspects of the data centre project
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety, quality and environmental standards
• Manage the construction schedule and budget, ensuring that project milestones are met
• Work closely with the client, design team and subcontractors to identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction
• Ensure that all project documentation is up to date and accurate, including progress reports, change orders and project schedules
• Provide regular progress reports to the client and management team
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in managing Civil, Structural and Architectural aspects of construction projects, preferably in data centre or mission-critical environments
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and design teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant construction codes, standards and regulations
• Fluent in English and Norwegian
