Job Title: M&E Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre Project

As we expand our operations in the Netherlands, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cost Management: Oversee the cost planning and control aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.

  2. Contract Administration: Manage contractual matters, including the preparation and evaluation of tenders, negotiation of contracts, and resolution of disputes.

  3. Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reports, highlighting key project financial metrics and forecasting future costs.

  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks related to cost and contracts, ensuring the project's financial success.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.

  6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of local regulations and ensure that all M&E construction activities comply with relevant standards and codes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on mission-critical construction projects, preferably in the data centre sector.
  3. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within data centre environments.
  4. Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in the Netherlands.
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Right to work in the Netherlands is mandatory.
