I am working with a highly ambitious German contractor that have displayed success building high value large scale projects all over the country. They have a very strong relationship with a number of global blue chip clients.

They have broken into the Data Centre sector and are looking for someone who is experienced within this field to lead a new project.

This is an important role for my client, it will require someone who is hardworking and looking to develop their career to the top. You will start as Senior Project Manager however there is a huge opportunity for the right person to grow this area, with progression without limits available.

A background of Civils, Structural, Architectural (CSA), Electrical or Mechanical will be considered. However experience overseeing all aspects of the project is essential.

The Person

• You must have an understanding of end to end delivery of a construction project. Awareness for Civils, Structural and Architectural aspects as well as Mechanical and Electrical. Because of this I am ideally looking for someone with experience working in a general contractor role.

• 5 Years plus experience in a Project Manager role, experience working in Europe is essential

• In order to lead my client into a new phase, Data Centre experience is required

• German language skills are not essential - Lessons will be provided if required as part of your role

• My client is looking for someone who is living in country, or is open to a relocation. Standard rotations will not be provided, however there may be some flexibility provided.
