Anthony leads our Advanced Engineering Division facilitating the placement of Automation, Software &amp; Systems Engineering skillsets throughout Europe on a Contract &amp; Project basis.&nbsp; &nbsp; With a focus on projects that will supports the Continents transition into a sustainable future, he works alongside clients in industries that include, Battery Storage, Automation, Advanced Manufacturing, Data Centre, Biomedical &amp; others. &nbsp; He has 8 years&rsquo; of recruitment experience, initially starting out in the IT tech market recruitment in Manchester &ndash; he moved to set up the Data Centre market in the UK before moving to Core Talent to set up their Contract Facility in the Data Centre market in Europe.&nbsp; &nbsp; This work led him into the Advanced Engineering Sector where his team has been focussed on providing the highest level of service in Contract Recruitment, Project Recruitment and Retained Service.&nbsp;

Claire started her career within Recruitment over 15 years ago, providing administration support to Consultants for a leading specialist finance recruitment consultancy. After Graduating in Business Studies, Damian started his career in Supply Chain Management with businesses such as Philips, Case and Transbus International. Damian joined the Recruitment industry in 2001, achieving great success in managing teams and growing divisions. Seeing the gap for a knowledgeable and expert approach to recruitment, Damian founded Core Talent with David Nesbitt. Damian brought a wealth of Purchasing &amp; Supply Chain experience and some excellent working relationships.
 Damian is an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS) and likes to keep in touch with developments in this sector. David graduated in Manufacturing and spent the early part of his career in Design and Project Management with Ford Motor Company, Hyde Group and MAHR GMBH. David entered the recruitment industry over 20 years ago, moving on to join a FTSE 250 global recruitment company in 2001 where he was one of four founding consultants in the Engineering, Construction and Supply Chain division. David spent over six years in this business,&nbsp; managing and growing teams in the Northwest, recruiting for Blue Chips, SME&rsquo;s and privately owned business.
David saw the gap for a recruitment business with transparency, drive and market knowledge and founded Core Talent in 2007 with Damian Diggles.

​Jonathan leads the International Construction division of Core Talent with a specific focus on Advanced Facilities such as Hyper scale Data Centres, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plants and Semiconductor Fab Plants. He also specialises in sourcing senior level commercial and project controls professionals across Mainland Europe, Scandinavia, Ireland, and the rest of the world. Kathy joined Core Talent in 2016 and is the head of our Brand &amp; Marketing function. After Graduating from the University of Central Lancashire with a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Fashion Promotion &amp; Marketing, Kathy started her career working in advertising and marketing agencies as an Account Executive and was quickly promoted to Senior Account Manager.
Kathy then moved to MBNA/Bank of America where she worked a number of senior roles and was promoted to Vice President - Head of Retail Strategies during her ten year tenure.
 Kathy extended her career in marketing by joining the energy sector and then moving in Head of Category Management in the Manufacturing Sector.&nbsp; Bringing a wealth of marketing and commercial experience, Kathy manages both internal and external brand, social media, marketing and marketing performance.

Kathy Koomson

Katie started her journey at as a Core Talent in February 2020 having previously studied Economics and Finance at Manchester Metropolitan University. Her key responsibilities include credit control, the day to day running of the finance department, assisting with monthly and year end accounts processes and revenue reporting. This means her network and client base Is broad and she has built a very good reputation in the market space. Clients and candidates trust her and couldn&rsquo;t recommend her enough. Lucy Davies

Mila joined Core Talent in 2024 as our Head of Learning &amp; Development. Mila&rsquo;s worked in recruitment since 2019 and made the move to L&amp;D in 2023. She&rsquo;s passionate about L&amp;D and her goal is for the function to support consultants in every aspect of their role and career.
Mila&rsquo;s vision of L&amp;D is to elevate the performance of consultants, in their billings as well as confidence and efficiency. She works with consultants one-on-one in coaching sessions and our Boost Programme, in group workshops and training programmes, and in ad hoc support across the sales floor. Mila also ensures a smooth onboarding for new starters with recruitment 101 training and additional support.

Ryan leads up the Business Development across Core Talent&rsquo;s Advanced Construction &amp; Engineering sectors. He specialises in project-led recruitment and partnering with a multitude of businesses but not limited to, Mission Critical projects and provides the best M+E talent across Europe. Prior to Core Talent, Ryan worked in a variety of roles within the music industry including working as a Producer for BBC Introducing, before starting his recruitment journey in Public Sector Finance.
