Claire started her career within Recruitment over 15 years ago, providing administration support to Consultants for a leading specialist finance recruitment consultancy. After Graduating in Business Studies, Damian started his career in Supply Chain Management with businesses such as Philips, Case and Transbus International. Damian joined the Recruitment industry in 2001, achieving great success in managing teams and growing divisions. Seeing the gap for a knowledgeable and expert approach to recruitment, Damian founded Core Talent with David Nesbitt. Damian brought a wealth of Purchasing &amp; Supply Chain experience and some excellent working relationships.

David entered the recruitment industry over 20 years ago, moving on to join a FTSE 250 global recruitment company in 2001 where he was one of four founding consultants in the Engineering, Construction and Supply Chain division. He also specialises in sourcing senior level commercial and project controls professionals across Mainland Europe, Scandinavia, Ireland, and the rest of the world. After Graduating from the University of Central Lancashire with a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Fashion Promotion &amp; Marketing, Kathy started her career working in advertising and marketing agencies as an Account Executive and was quickly promoted to Senior Account Manager.
Kathy then moved to MBNA/Bank of America where she worked a number of senior roles and was promoted to Vice President - Head of Retail Strategies during her ten year tenure.
 Kathy extended her career in marketing by joining the energy sector and then moving in Head of Category Management in the Manufacturing Sector.&nbsp; Bringing a wealth of marketing and commercial experience, Kathy manages both internal and external brand, social media, marketing and marketing performance.

Katie started her journey at as a Core Talent in February 2020 having previously studied Economics and Finance at Manchester Metropolitan University. Her key responsibilities include credit control, the day to day running of the finance department, assisting with monthly and year end accounts processes and revenue reporting. Lucy Davies

Mila joined Core Talent in 2024 as our Head of Learning &amp; Development. Mila&rsquo;s worked in recruitment since 2019 and made the move to L&amp;D in 2023. She&rsquo;s passionate about L&amp;D and her goal is for the function to support consultants in every aspect of their role and career.
Mila&rsquo;s vision of L&amp;D is to elevate the performance of consultants, in their billings as well as confidence and efficiency. She works with consultants one-on-one in coaching sessions and our Boost Programme, in group workshops and training programmes, and in ad hoc support across the sales floor.
